Real Deal ships all orders by couriers to most Brisbane Metro areas. Pricing may vary depending on location. Real Deal Computers Return Policy is Exchange only, unless Manafacture Warranty warrants the cause of the Return. All goods Return must have the orignal invoice on return and may take 7 days for warranty items to be processed. A replacement Item will be arranged by Managment of Real Deal Computers at there Discretion. *Conditions Apply. Normal Manafucture Warranty applies to those covered by such Warranties. Returns Policy Returning a system: The first step if you are having problems is to contact us via e-mail, telephone or fax. We will assess your situation, and may be able to suggest some solutions to your problem. If you do need to return your system, please include any extras that came with your system, as well as a copy of your receipt. We cannot return your system to you quickly or configured correctly if we do not have the required software or hardware to allow us to adequately test your system. No responsibility will be accepted for incorrect configuration of your system in these circumstances. Hardware: All components within our built systems carry a Seven (7) Day DOA warranty from date of purchase. Within this period, any hardware that fails within the system will be replaced with a new product. After the DOA period, all products within the system will be tested, and a replacement sought from the equipment manufacturer if necessary. Software/Applications: No end user software support is offered with our systems. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any software they wish to use is compatible with the system they purchase. Operating System: Operating System problems are covered by your system warranty only if they are caused directly by hardware faults, and only if the Operating System was loaded by us at time of purchase. Return Procedure:
- It is the Customers responsibility to test faulty items before sending the product. If the goods are found with no fault, a NO FAULT FOUND fee will be charged. ($33.00 inc gst)
- Obtain a Return Authority by either by phoning, or by emailing Support@realdealcomputers.net
- Include the Invoice number in the email, and provide a brief fault description.
- Double check that the item was purchased at Real Deal Computer Services, if not the claim may be rejected. A service charge may apply for the processing of a non Real Deal Computer Services product.
- Please do not send Drivers or any other item with warranty, only the faulty product. (The supplier does not send these back.)
- DOA returns must be in original and saleable condition. Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase and a receipt must accompany the goods for a DOA to be issued.
